The Harmonic Minor scale is similar to the Melodic Minor, but is one note different again.
The C Harmonic Minor scale for example, has the extra change of the A being replaced by Ab. It is now two notes distant from the C Major scale.
If we work out the related chords of the C Harmonic Minor scale as before, you will see that the related chords are becoming quite different to those of C Major.
